Following a yearly tradition, Birmingham’s drag scene will be putting on a ‘Drag Night’ to raise money for a local LGBTQ+ cause and this year’s recipient is Birmingham LGBT. The fundraising event will be held at Missing Bar in the Gay Village on Sunday 25th August 2024 from 7pm – 4am.
Held on the last bank holiday weekend until Christmas, the event features a sparkling line-up of drag kings and queens including: Twiggy, Pork Pie, Pam Catz, Crip Ladywood, Doctor Woof, Ashleigh Marc, Miss Minnie and Dahliah Rivers.
Free entry is offered all night to Missing Bar for the drag show, however, donations will be greatly accepted to support the work of Birmingham LGBT; a charity that provides a range of services for the community including: sexual health, wellbeing support, counselling, community groups and much more.
