Coventry Trans Pride will be holding a picnic in the park on the 10th of August 2024, from 12pm-3pm. The event, which is the first-ever trans pride event from Coventry Trans Pride will be held in War Memorial Park and offers to be an afternoon "full of trans joy, and trans celebration," explains a post from the organisers.
Coventry Trans Pride are group that run events for the trans community in Coventry and the surrounding areas including the 'T for Tea' socials which regularly welcome any adults under the trans umbrella to connect in a safe space at The Yard in Coventry.
The group which was originally called 'T for Tea' have rebranded as Coventry Pride but will maintain the name 'T for Tea' for the coffee socials that they hold.
